Sick pets should be kenneled with a veterinarian so their special needs can be met.


Normal Service Hours: 7:00am ~ 10:00am: noon ~ 3:00pm: 5:00pm ~ 7:30pm.

Meet & Greet Hours: Normal Meet & Greet hours are Monday - Friday from              5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.  A $10.00 fee will apply for a Meet & Greet scheduled on the weekend or outside of normal hours.

Visits Earlier/Later ~ Services rendered during times other than normal service hours may be assessed an additional fee of $5.00 per visit.

Overnight Pet Care:  We do not offer overnight pet sitting.

Cancellations ~ A $20.00 fee will be charged for cancellations not made within a forty-eight hour period prior to services. Messages should be left if calling after business hours. For inclement weather and sickness, cancellations must be made by 7 am the day of service to avoid a charge. If office is not notified and Pet Sitter shows up for services, the visit charge will be accessed.

Special Requests ~ We understand the care of your pet is very important and we will do our best to fulfill all requests.  Our first priority is to give your pet as much attention as we can in the time provided.  Please ask about other requests beyond a normal visit during the Meet and Greet.  Examples of special requests are leaving extended notes, caring for numerous plants, or any other task that takes time away from us focusing on your pet.  

Holidays ~ A one time $25.00 surcharge will be applied for the following:

Additional/Miscellaneous Charges 

Due to normal stress of you being gone, there may be a visit that is more time consuming than the others. Your pet may not want to come in, may not want to take their medication, or have an accident that needs to be cleaned up. It will be determined by the Pet Sitter whether the situation should be charged an additional fee.

If keys are not available at the Meet and Greet, a $10.00 charge will be assessed to pick them up at your home before you leave. If requested, keys will be returned within 48 hours of completion of services.  You may also opt to leave your key with the pet sitter for future visits. 

Small pocket pets and fish tanks will not be charged extra unless there is a large amount and/or special instructions are given. Fees will be determined at time of the Meet and Greet. 

                                             

Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted for payment of services. 

Payment is due prior to scheduled service for new clients.  A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to unpaid balances after 30 days.  A fee of $30.00 will be charged on all return checks.  We will create a payment schedule for lengthy assignments or dog walking services. 

Bow Wow's Potty Pal accepts credit card payment through *Pay Pal.  Once a cost is determined, you will receive an invoice by e-mail with a link to Pay Pal to make the payment.

A 3% transaction fee will be applied to Pay Pal transactions.
